Tenth Avenue Cookshop

Dear Diary,

Today I fell in love with a guy named French Toast from Tenth Avenue Cookshop. He has all the qualities I look for in a breakfast/brunch food: macerated peaches, heirloom mint, cinnamon pastry cream and almond crumble. Maybe it’s the mimosa talking, I don’t know, but he really was the best french toast I’ve ever had.
